Some faculty members will begin teaching in Canvas this August as part of the Early Access group, with opportunities for all faculty to explore Canvas opening on October 5. Use this website to find resources, get answers to frequently asked questions and learn where to go for support.

What’s Happening Now

Fall 2026: Canvas Project Spaces Available
• Beginning Oct. 5, any interested faculty and staff can create “Project” spaces to begin exploring Canvas.
• Learning Technologies Town Hall – Oct. 9
• DELTA will provide initial onboarding, basic training, and support resources.
• Timeline for outreach spaces currently under development.

What’s Happening Next

Spring 2027: Canvas Training and Onboarding
• Beginning March 15, Canvas and Moodle spaces will be available for Summer 2027 and Fall 2027 courses.
• DELTA to provide full instructional training and support resources.
• Another Early Access cohort coming in spring 2027.
